Let's meet

I'm a writer and composer, born in Türkiye in 1986. My writing is largely metaphysical and circles existence, meaning and truth. My first book, The Unnamed Truth, was published in 2026 and is available on digital platforms in many countries.

My interest in music goes back to the early 2000s. The songs I began writing in high school, on a borrowed guitar, first passed through hands other than my own in a band a few of us put together at university. Then working life started and I had to set music aside. That lasted until a small caravan came into my life. Somewhere in the unplanned, aimless trips I took with it, the excitement came back.

A person is not one thing, but goes by one name. What I write comes out of two different states. Deep Pilot is the name for the state I'm in when I follow my questions; every piece there ends in a question rather than an answer. Spontanmod is what I write without planning — whatever catches me, and would be gone if it weren't written that day. Neither is the other, and both are me.
